The 1996 NBA Finals: After retiring in 1994, Jordan returned to the Bulls in the 1995 season wearing the number 45 jersey. However, things didn’t go his way as the Bulls were bounced in the second round to a young Shaq and Penny and the Orlando Magic. After his disappointment, Jordan and the Bulls would go on the greatest run in NBA history in the 1995-96 season to go 72-10 in the regular season and matchup with Gary Payton and the Sonics in the Finals. The Glove was the first and only guard to ever win the Defensive Player of the Year in 95-96, and by game 4, he took the matchup against Jordan personally. However, despite excellent defense from the Glove in game 5 and 6, Jordan and the Bulls ended up victorious and won their 4th Title, and the first of their second three-peat.
